Peer Review Process

The review process passed through the following steps:

  • Article submission: Usually sent by e mail to the editor in chief
  • The editors in Chief and one of the editorial team check the compatibility of the article within the journal scope and guidelines. If the article fit the journal regulations, a feedback of article transferring to reviewers (blind review) is given for the submitter. This step regularly takes two weeks    
  • Based on a template form, a blind review process takes around one month. This should be by two reviewers. The review should give one of three decisions: rejection – minor corrections – major corrections. This should be completed in a period not more than two months.  If there is a wide difference in a reviewer decisions, the editor in Chief may invite a new reviewer before giving a final decision
  • If the article requires minor or major corrections, one the editor communicates the author and guides him to apply corrections and guarantees the improvements of the article
  • Finally the article is sent to production, under supervision of editorial team and assistance of technicians (layout teamwork)
